Event Partnership Program

The Even Partnership Program is a partnership between the INBC organization and any active individual or professional level member who is interested in hosting a belly dance event anywhere in the state. 

We want to do everything we can do to help make your next belly dance event a success.  Here are some of the benefits of partnering with INBC:

  •  INBC will help get the word out about your event using blast emails, newsletter, website, etc.
  •  The INBC Event Committee will be your personal resource to assist with planning and implementation, and to help gather volunteers (as requested).  
  •  The association with INBC will help increase attendance and give your event a higher profile.
  •  INBC may be able to provide financial assistance (subject to Board approval).

In order to be eligible for this program, the primary event organizer must:  be an individual or professional level member of INBC (though performers, teachers, and participants are not required to be members), provide discounted pricing for INBC members (at least $5), agree to adhere the INBC green room policy, and allow INBC to host an information table at the event.  The event must be approved by the Board as furthering the mission of INBC.
